I love it when I go shopping and find things that are cheap and nice.
Makes me soo happy and makes me wanna share wit people..
So I was shopping around Tampines with shoes in mind as my sandals has given way..
And coincidentally I had just finished watching a Shoe Intervention programme on Oprah..
It shows the must-have shoes from women..
1) black pumps, it's like a litttle black dress for women
2) 2 inch pumps
3) weekend shoes, the sort of high and glam heels
4) flats/pumps
5) sneakers, the comfort food of shoes
6) flat boots
7) and an all-weather boots ( looks like PCK boots, only nicer...)
And then I realized that I only had no 1..
And slippers and sandals were not on the list..
How sad?
Okay, so I was shopping...
Actually, I had no intention of spending..
So me and bf went into shoe shops and I began trying on shoes..
But never buy cos not my taste and too expensive ( for me at least)...
Bf was beside me psycho-ing me to buy this and that...I was so pissed off...
That's why we are the only couple that cannot shop together cos WE WILL FIGHT! on things to buy or things that are nice or that aren't...
It's the clash of fashion sense I say...
So after gg to TM and CS, I decided to go T1..
And to my DELIGHT!, there was a shoe sale by Mitjiu.. This shop was actually blacklisted by me cos on one occasion , months back, the salesperson ignored me when I asked for my size and made me wait like a freaking statue for 10 mins.. I was so pissed, I stomped out and never stepped foot in there again!
But when I saw the price of 1 for $10, 2 for $18... Who could resist??
Cos their original price could reach up to 20 to 30 bux even 50...
So I felt really lucky and there were like hundreds of shoes to choose from..
And that's where the trouble began..
Me and bf started to have the "Clash of the Fashion Sense" again..
So after like 1 hr or so of comments and arguments and degradation, I picked one heels and flat pumps..
The heels is so nice but when I went home, I measured the heels, it actually is a 5 inch heels instead of a 4 inch heels.. Taller than my typical Americaya heels that I own.. Damn! How to wear?
And he demanded that I wear that every weekend...
If I dun go bonkers, I think my feet definitely will..
But all in all, the shoes are nice..
So if you want buy shoes, go drop by T1 this week..Cannot miss ok..
So after that buys, togethr with no 1, I striked off no 3 and no 4..
But no way am I buying no. 6 and 7.. So just omit it altogether..
I usually am not a shoe maniac (unlike Lyly, she loves shoes! ) cos i wait for my shoes to break before I buy a new one, but somehow this whole post is about shoes..
Must be becos of that Oprah show..
No wonder ppl say that she's influential...
