I was out today..
So much for weekends..Didn't make time to study larh..
Accompanied Joe to California Fitness at Bugis today..
He was there for consultation about being a member..
And sweet me accompanied..
We were given a tour of the gym..
One word--"WOAH!"
Membership fee--"DOUBLE WOAH!"
But fun larh..many (i repeat MANY) handsome guys..haha
See,got time to "wash eyes" somemore..
But of cos larh,not for me..I was looking out for Lyly and Essy..
haha..
Den we met one personal trainer and the in-charge,blah blah blah..
Den the personal trainer was measuring Joe body's composition using this machine den after that the personal trainer insisted me to go on the machine which i DECLINED..Paiseh ok! Confirm all under normal one lar...
Den he (trainer) was giving Joe consultation about his fat composition, muscle mass, BMI, BMR. blah blah blah..
Den i told the trainer that i was studying AFSN and have learnt about these things..
Den he asked:" you noe wat is BMR?"
Me:"Basal Metabolic Rate" * proud + clever *
But everyone also noe lar..
Chey!
haha..
Now i feel so lucky to be in AFSN..(today only,tmr den i will hate it again.haha)
And oh,i got a liverpool bag for accompanying him..
WEE~~
Another Christmas present or wat??

Aniwae,did i mention tat i found my "true love"
It makes a loud sound,goes "beep" sometimes..
It's blue,metallic blue to be exact..
And has two wheels..
It's a BIKE lar dey..
Joe just bought a new bike..
S'pore plate ok..not m'sian one larh..
It's seriously hot lar..
If oni i was the one riding it,confirm more hotter sey..

Everything about it is so hot seh..
He took the bike out on Friday and coincidentally i was having a break..
So he biked from the shop at SAFRA to TP to show-off his new bike..
And oh boy was i mesmerized..
How can i not?
It's in metallic Blue seh..
Ok..i nid to "lose water " now..
